[What's okay to mention around him/her] Celty is usually a pretty calm and cool person so she's pretty hard to offend too. However, say anything bad about Shinra or anything about the scars on her neck and you'll be dragonkicked to the milkyway.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] One of the things that makes her stand out is the scars on her neck which made it appear that a completely new head as attached onto her. In addition, her memory loss. She can't remember anything past 9 years old.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Go right ahead, Celty's an open book.
[What would be a suitable way of disciplining them?] Celty is usually a pretty good girl and listens to people. Anything works to disciple her really.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] She's use to dealing with Shinra so why not.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Celty is definitely an aggressive fighter. She won't win all the time but she will go down with a fight.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Yeaaahhh any act of intimacy will freak Celty out. Any hugging, kissing, or anything will make her blush. If it's a simple touch to the shoulders or anything, that's fine though.
